What this group covers
Decision & Validation skills help you evaluate options and validate work products before they enter implementation. They provide structured methods for comparing alternatives, assessing risk and dependency, building recommendations with evidence, reviewing requirements for completeness and consistency, tracing requirements from origin to verification, and converting requirements into testable scenarios.
These skills are cross-domain. They apply to SAP implementations, integration projects, data governance initiatives, architecture decisions, and operational improvement. They are designed to be used together: a decision without validation is a guess, and validation without a clear decision context is waste.
